نعم، تُحضَّر مستحضراتنا وتُعبّأ تحت اسم كيموليب في طرابلس – ليبيا وفق مواصفات الدستور البريطاني (B.P).Yes — our preparations are made and packed under the Chemolib name in Tripoli, Libya, to British Pharmacopoeia (B.P.) specifications.

ما الفرق بين المستحضرات والكيماويات في الكتالوج؟What is the difference between preparations and chemicals?

المستحضرات منتجات جاهزة للاستعمال مثل المراهم والكريمات والمحاليل والشامبو والشراب، أما الكيماويات فهي مواد مفردة بدرجة دستورية مثل حمض البوريك ونترات الفضة والجليسرين.Preparations are ready-to-use products such as ointments, creams, solutions, shampoos and syrups; chemicals are single B.P.-grade substances such as boric acid, silver nitrate and glycerine.

أين أجد رقم التشغيلة وتاريخ الصلاحية؟Where can I find the batch number and expiry date?

تحمل كل عبوة رقم التشغيلة (B) وتاريخ الإنتاج (PD) وتاريخ الانتهاء (EX) على الملصق.Every pack shows the batch number (B), production date (PD) and expiry date (EX) on its label.

هل يمكنني الحصول على شهادة تحليل أو صحيفة بيانات سلامة؟Can I get a certificate of analysis or a safety data sheet?

نعم، نوفّر شهادة التحليل (COA) وصحيفة بيانات السلامة (SDS) لمنتجاتنا عند الطلب. راسلنا باسم المنتج ورقم التشغيلة.Yes — we provide the Certificate of Analysis (COA) and Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for our products on request. Send us the product name and batch number.

كيف أحفظ المستحضرات بشكل صحيح؟How should I store the preparations?

احفظها في مكان بارد وجاف بعيداً عن الضوء، وبعيداً عن متناول الأطفال، واتبع تعليمات الحفظ المدوّنة على كل عبوة.Keep them in a cool, dry place away from light and out of the reach of children, and follow the storage directions on each pack.
